BREAKING NEWSKLNLF goes online NET News Network Guwahati, Aug 17: Karbi

Liberation Front (KLNLF)
has gone online. The tribal armed outfit, which is fighting
for Karbi & Dimasa’s right to self-determination for
establishment of a Self-Rule Territory comprising Karbi Anglong
& N.C Hills has launched its
website (www.geocities.com/klnlf) on August 14, informs
H.S.Timung, the general secretary
of KLNLF. In an e-mailed message from an undisclosed location, Mr

(party organ) “The KLNLF:The Vanguard of Subjugated Nations ”
since Saturday last. Inaugurated in KLNLF’s Central Head Quarter
in presence of its Mass-Relations Bureau and the Overseas Propaganda
Cell members the electronic mouthpiece will be available on www.geocities.com/klnlf.
“The launching of the mouthpiece was very important to
prevent counter publicity by the Indian state-machinery. Because
they would always try to cover-up their ugly designs, extra-judicial
executions, rape, illegal detention, brutal torture in our region.
At the same time, the
Army and Police machineries leave no stone unturned to manipulate a
section of media persons to propagate counter publicity. Once the
mouthpiece has started working, we can now feedback all relevant
information in online,” argued Mr Timung. The outfit leader has also appealed to the people of Karbi
Anglong and NC Hills particularly the students and youths of the
region to visit the site regularly to get updated with latest and
real information regarding their initiative and activities. Also
requests well wisher and intelligentsias of KLNLF throughout the
globe to send their reaction and stand if they have any contention,
criticism, critical analysis on the policy, strategy, program and
Ideology of KLNLF. “We are ready to welcome yours views or stand
point,” added Mr Timung. Published and edited jointly by the Propaganda Bureau and Overseas Propaganda Cell of KLNLF, the site is full of information, where few bold sentences are included as headlines as saying, “KLNLF shall never put submission and compromise over the Self-determination. Better we die as martyrs than live as slavery under exploitative polity of India.
